Homemade icecream with fruit

Take some frozen mixed fruit and crush it up with yogurt in a blender until nice and smooth. Fill your ice pop makers with the mixture and put them in the freezer for 3-4 hours. Rinse them with lukewarm water for the mold to easily loosen.

Fried Mashed Potato Patties

Combine your leftover mashed potatoes with salt, black pepper, one egg (make sure the mashed potato is cold) and flour until you achieve the desired consistency. You can optionally add some olive oil, milk, and nutmeg as well. Form small patties and fry them in olive oil until they’re golden brown. Serve with spinach with garlic.
